This group takes children on a journey through exciting sensory stations, each designed to stimulate different senses—sight, sound, touch, movement, and more. Children will explore messy play, movement activities, calming sensory strategies, and social games in a safe, supportive environment. Designed for active kids who love to move, this program combines gymnastics-style activities with creative obstacle courses. Children will practise climbing, balancing, rolling, jumping, and more - all in a safe and structured environment. The group helps kids build strength, coordination, and body awareness while developing persistence and confidence in their physical abilities. Activities are graded to suit each child’s skill level, ensuring success and fun for everyone.  Skills targeted: gross motor development, strength and balance, coordination, body awareness, following multi-step instructions, persistence, and self-confidence

This program supports preschoolers as they prepare to transition into their first year of school. Using play-based and engaging activities, children will work on pre-literacy, pre-numeracy, and fine motor skills, while also practising routines and building independence. The group also targets social-emotional skills such as sharing, following instructions, and problem-solving with peers, ensuring children feel confident and ready for the big leap into school life.                             Skills targeted: fine motor skills, early literacy and numeracy, attention and focus, social interaction, following instructions, independence in routines, and self-confidence.  

This hands-on group empowers teens to develop independence through practical life skills. Together, they will choose a recipe, write a shopping list, budget for ingredients, and head out to shop before returning to cook and enjoy their meal as a group. Along the way, they will practise decision-making, problem-solving, and teamwork. The program is a great way for teens to build confidence in real-world skills they’ll use at home and in the community. Skills targeted: money management, planning and organisation, shopping skills, cooking and food preparation, independence, teamwork, problem-solving, and confidence in daily life. 

Children will compete in fun, Olympic-inspired team challenges that test both their minds and bodies. From relay races to problem-solving events, kids will learn how to encourage others, share ideas, and work through challenges together. The emphasis is not on winning but on learning about fair play, resilience, and the joy of teamwork. Using both structured Lego therapy activities and free building time, kids will practise communication skills, learn how to share ideas, and work towards a common goal. The group also offers opportunities for self-expression and creativity, with plenty of space for imaginative play and fun challenges. Skills targeted: teamwork, problem-solving, creativity, emotional regulation, communication, negotiation, and fine motor coordination.
