Our paediatric speech and language pathologists help children with a variety of speech and language needs, including specialised support in speech sounds, expressive language and receptive language. We also provide therapy for stuttering, mealtime management, literacy development, and play and connection. Our therapists are skilled in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) methods and are trained in the Hanen Program, which means we will provide your child with comprehensive care that promotes effective communication and connection.
Through our comprehensive speech and language assessments, we evaluate communication abilities in children and adults. These assessments identify strengths and areas of need in speech, language and social communication so that we can develop personalised therapy plans to enhance communication skills.
Our intensive speech pathology programs provide focused, short-term therapy to accelerate your progress in specific areas of communication. These programs are ideal if you need concentrated support to achieve particular speech and language goals within a shorter timeframe.
We offer group programs for kids that provide a supportive environment for children to develop their communication skills through group activities and peer interaction. These programs focus on social communication, play and language development, helping children build confidence and connect with others.
These programs give you the tools and knowledge you need to support your child’s communication development at home. Through education, training and practical strategies, we help you become active participants in your child’s speech therapy journey, continuing to make progress and reinforcing the skills learned in therapy.
