About the Opportunity
We are looking for a New Graduate Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. About our Graduate Program
Our 12-month Graduate Program is designed to nurture your growth and build your confidence as you transition from university into the professional world. You will receive:
- Intensive Support: The first 12 weeks include workshops, shadowing other therapists, and being shadowed as you build your confidence.
- Clinical Supervision: Weekly 1:1 sessions with our experienced leadership team.

- Clinical Education Calendar: Full access to a variety of internal clinical support huddles and educational workshops.

Skills and Experience Required
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following:
- Qualification: A degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Compliance: National Police Check, Driver’s License, and Working with Children’s Check required.
- Passion: A genuine passion for making a difference in children’s lives with excellent time management skills.
