About the Opportunity

In this role, you’ll wear two hats: clinical expert and team leader. You’ll manage a manageable caseload of adult and older adult clients while also:

Mentoring early career clinicians and graduates
Leading clinical huddles and case reviews
Supporting onboarding and professional development plans
Collaborating with leadership to improve service delivery and team culture

Skills and Experience Required

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Relevant Qualifications: A degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
3+ Years of Experience as an Occupational Therapist, ideally working with adults and older people.
Compliance: National Police Check, Working with Children’s Check, Driver’s License, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Clinical Competency: Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and manage complex cases.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Empathy and Compassion: A passion for helping adults and older people live independently and achieve their personal goals.
Organisational Skills: Strong time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
