About the Opportunity

This role is perfect for an Occupational Therapist with 1–2 years of experience who is ready to grow, refine their skills, and take more ownership of their caseload – with the backing of a highly supportive team.

You’ll work with a diverse paediatric caseload in a flexible, family-centred model, supported by experienced clinicians, dedicated admin staff, and a leadership team that truly values your wellbeing and growth

Skills and Experience Required

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following:

  • Relevant Qualification: A degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience working with children and families.
  • Compliance: National Police Check, Working with Children’s Check, Driver’s License, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for making a difference for children and their families.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
