About the Opportunity
We are looking for a New Graduate Adult and Older People Occupational Therapist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to embark on your career within an environment that values professional growth and development. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, and we’ll support you in tailoring your caseload to your specific areas of interest, including but not limited to: TAC (Transport Accident Commission) clients, NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) participants, Home Care Package recipients, Home Modification, Assistive Technology, Therapeutic Intervention such as Neuro Affirming Practices or COPE for those living with Dementia as examples.
About our Graduate Program
Our 12-month Graduate Program is designed to nurture your growth and build your confidence as you transition from university into the professional world. You will receive:
- Intensive Support: The first 12 weeks include workshops, shadowing other therapists, and being shadowed as you build your confidence.

Skills and Experience Required
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following:
- Relevant Qualification: A degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA.
- Compliance: National Police Check, Working with Children’s Check, Driver’s License, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for working with adults and older people.
- Passion: A passion for helping adults and older people live independently and achieve their personal goals.
- Organisational Skills: Strong time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
