About the Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Physiotherapist (3+ years) to join our team in an ongoing role, working with clients across all ages and funding streams.

This role is ideal if you want to:

  • Work across a diverse caseload including NDIS, TAC, DVA, Home Care Packages, residential aged care and private referrals
  • Maintain strong hands-on clinical practice
  • Enjoy variety and autonomy in your work
  • Shape your caseload around your clinical interests
  • Work flexibly across clinic, community, and residential settings
  • Be supported - without being micromanaged

You’ll have the time, trust, and resources to deliver quality care, while being backed by a collaborative multidisciplinary team when you need it.

What You’ll Enjoy

  • Clinical Autonomy + Ongoing Support: Work independently with access to experienced mentors, peer case reviews, and our in-house clinical education calendar.
  • Real Flexibility: Work from home, clinic, or a mix of both.
  • Focus on Clients, Not KPIs: We prioritise quality outcomes - not quantity.
  • Growth Pathways Without Pressure: Pursue clinical specialisation, projects, or mentoring (only if you want to).
