About the Opportunity
In this role, you’ll wear two hats: clinical expert and team leader. You’ll manage a manageable caseload of paediatric clients while also:
- Mentoring early career clinicians and graduates
- Leading clinical huddles and case reviews
- Supporting onboarding and professional development plans
- Collaborating with leadership to improve service delivery and team culture

Skills and Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
- Relevant Qualification: A degree in Speech Pathology and registration with the relevant governing body (Speech Pathology Australia).
- 3+ years of experience working with children and families.
- Compliance: National Police Check, Working with Children’s Check, Driver’s License, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Clinical Competency: Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and manage complex cases.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Passion: A genuine passion for helping children.
- Organisational Skills: Strong time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
