About the Opportunity

This role is perfect for a Speech and Language Pathologist with 1–2 years of experience who is ready to grow, refine their skills, and take more ownership of their caseload – with the backing of a highly supportive team.

You’ll work with a diverse paediatric caseload in a flexible, family-centred model, supported by experienced clinicians, dedicated admin staff, and a leadership team that truly values your wellbeing and growth.

Skills and Experience Required

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

  • Relevant Qualification: A degree in Speech Pathology and registration with the relevant governing body (Speech Pathology Australia).
  • 1–2 Years of Experience working with children and families.
  • Compliance: National Police Check, Working with Children’s Check, Driver’s License, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for making a difference for children and their families.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
